Entry Level Human Resources Representative


Summary: Responsible for actively recruiting, interviewing and hiring applicants for seasonal employment. Must assist in the planning and execution of all employee relations events, such as employee barbeques and giveaways. Candidate must be outgoing, proactive and highly organized in a fast-paced environment.

Special Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reviews resumes and applications for all seasonal positions
  • Conducts prescreen interviews for all departments within the Park
  • Ensures all forms are filled out appropriately and correctly, including all Federal and State employment forms
  • Issue employee identification cards
  • Answer phones and general Human Resources e-mails
  • Schedule team members for orientation
  • Maintain an organized file system
  • Recruit at local high schools and colleges for open positions
  • Assist in the execution of employee events
  • Preserve the confidentiality of Team Member information

General Requirements

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • Must be highly organized
  • Able to suggest applicants to appropriate departments
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior HR experience is preferred, but not required
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time throughout the day
