Position Type: Full Time, Year-Round, Hourly

Reports To: Facilities Maintenance Manager

You'll contribute to our mission by:

  • Maintaining and installing all plumbing in park-owned properties, including all piping, drainage, venting, and fixtures
  • Diagnosing and clearing leaks, backups, clogs, and any other related issues
  • Winterizing and opening of all plumbing in required buildings
  • Interpreting blueprints to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials
  • Performing preventative maintenance on HVAC/R equipment including changing filters, cleaning coils, changing belts, and coordinating outside contract work
  • Monitoring, testing, and coordinating annual inspection of fire protection systems and pumps
  • Monitoring sewer ejector systems
  • Budgeting and forecasting plumbing related expenses
  • Scheduling hours for plumbing shop
  • Installing and repairing air systems and lines on rides

You'll do it with your:

  • Valid Massachusetts Master Plumber's License
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
  • Sense of fun
  • Friendly, outgoing personality and ability to address guest concerns
  • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English language
  • Willingness to work in a high performance team environment

You'll know you're ready if you are:

  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.
  • 18 years old or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving history
  • Able to successfully complete pre-employment background and drug screenings
