You'll be:

  • Supporting the Six Flags Mantra -- Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service
  • Coordinating the daily operation of a division of shows and character performances
  • Overseeing scheduling of team members and assignment of daily roles that complies with set casting and character requirements
  • Complying with and enforcing all aspects of the Entertainment training program, including the daily application and supervision of all training procedures, policies, and documentation
  • Assisting with auditions, castings, recruitment, and retention events
  • Ensuring all pre and post show duties including backstage cleaning and upkeep are being performed
  • Motivating and interacting with all team members on a daily basis
  • Coaching Team Members to monitor show quality, training, safety, and efficiency
  • Communicating and enforcing company message and goals to appropriate staff
  • Auditing the skills and performance of department Team Members
  • ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies
  • Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

  • Willing to work in a high performance team environment
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.
  • 18 years old or older
  • Able to successfully complete pre-employment background and drug screenings
