Admissions Host/Hostess
Position Type: Seasonal
Description: Be among the first to welcome our guests to The Great Escape. Admission Attendants operate computerized season pass systems, and are responsible for entering guest information, taking digital photos and processing season passes. Attendants are also responsible for selling park admission tickets using a computerized point of sale system, giving appropriate change and receipts and performing other related duties, as required and assigned.
Skills required: Experience handling cash. Must be willing to interact with incoming guests throughout a full shift.

Games Attendant
Position Type: Seasonal
Description: Promote games to guests and explain rules and procedures. Comply with all safety and fire responsibilities, policies and procedures. Make change and collect money from the guests. Provide props and award prizes to winners, while keeping each game stocked with merchandise and game props. Keep games area clean and orderly. Encourage players, while providing park information to guests.
Skills required: Outgoing and energetic. Experience handling cash.

Lifeguard
Position Type: Seasonal
Description: Shallow Water Lifeguards will guard water that is 4' or less in depth. Special Facilities Lifeguards will guard water that is greater than 4' deep at the Wave Pool. Must provide a safe, and clean aquatics facility, by effectively managing attractions and grounds. Actively guard all pools, activity areas and slide attractions per Ellis and Associates protocols. Achieve, receive and maintain Ellis and Associates certification. Adhere to all Ellis and Associates policies and procedures as taught by certified E&A instructor.
Skills required: Strong swimming skills required. Will train and certify.

Park Services Host/Hostess

Parking Lot Attendant
Position Type: Seasonal
Description: Responsibilities include the efficient movement of guest vehicles, assisting in the distribution of vehicles throughout multiple parking areas, and provide information or assistance to stranded motorists. Attendants will also monitor and redistribute traffic flow and monitor parking area for suspicious activity.
Skills required: Must be able to stand and walk outside for long periods of time. Must be able to communicate with large groups of guests. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Ride Attendant

Description: Responsible for the safe daily operation of a given ride in an area. Comply with all The Great Escape policies and procedures. Assist guests on and off the attraction. Operate ride in a safe manner consistent with park operating procedures. Assure that all aspects of the ride cycle comply with normal safety procedures. Security Officer
Position Type: Seasonal
Description: Responsible for the protection of guests, employees and the assets of the park, as well as responding to emergencies and enforcing park policy. The duties of a Security Officer vary from Main Gate screening to Bike Patrol or Dispatcher. Interview guests and write incident reports. Perform inspections of all items brought into the park. Respond to requests for assistance throughout the property and enforce the rules and policies of The Great Escape.
Skills required: Guest service skills. Must be able to complete an eight-hour security certification course and be certified by the State of New York.
