    Description: Job duties will include greeting guests as they enter the parking lot and distributing promotional literature, selling tickets to guests, greeting guests as they enter the park and checking guest tickets for accuracy.  Applicants will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of their work station and surrounding area.
    Skill requirement: Capable of working in a high-volume, intense, and exciting workplace. Ability to communicate with guests, and must be able to function in all weather conditions for long periods of time.

    Cash Control Team Member

    Position Type: Seasonal
    Description: This person will assist in the data entry, collection and reconciliation of cash drops and the daily processes of tills in the park.  As a Cash Control Team Member at the park, you would play an essential role in carrying out the company’s mission to provide quality service to both internal and external Guests.

    Food Services Lead/Supervisor

    Description:  Assists in the daily operation of the Food Service Department. Responsible for the purchasing of all Food Service inventory, management and oversight of all third-party operators, and execution of  inventory policies and procedures.  Responsible for the ongoing training of subordinates to ensure optimal Guest satisfaction in quality, service and efficiency, as well as establishing and maintaining Guest service standards.     Lifeguard

    Position Type: Seasonal
    Description: Shallow Water Lifeguards will guard water that is 5 feet or less in depth. Special Facilities Lifeguards will guard water that is greater than 5 feet deep at the Wave Pool. Provide a safe, and clean aquatics facility, by effectively managing attractions and grounds. Actively guard all pools, activity areas and slide attractions per Ellis and Associates protocols. Achieve, receive and maintain Ellis and Associates certification. Adhere to all Ellis and Associates policies and procedures as taught by certified E&A instructor.
    Skill Requirements: Must be able to work in all weather conditions. Comfortable in and around water of all temperatures. Must be able to become certified through the Jeff Ellis and Associates International Lifeguard training program. Able to work up to 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and varied shifts. Provide a commitment of employment to begin in early May and continue through Labor Day.

    Marketing Research Interviewer

    Position Type: Seasonal
    Description: To conduct market research studies. This position is responsible for gathering accurate data that is used for long-range decision-making for the park. Interviewers will approach guests in a positive manner and conduct short surveys using a palm pilot hand-held computer.
    Skill Requirements: ATS Interviewers have contact with the guests before they enter the park, and are the guests' first impression of Six Flags New England. Looking for enthusiastic self-starter able to work flexible schedules and able to remain outdoors and on their feet for up to five hours. Experience with palm pilot systems helpful but not required.

Search for and remove trash, cigarette butts, debris, and graffiti. Sweep park streets, walkways, and attraction areas with a broom and dustpan. Wipe down all trash receptacles.

    Park Services Restroom Attendant

    Position Type: Seasonal
    Description:   Restroom attendants will be responsible for maintaining a set of restrooms in an assigned area.  Restroom attendants will ensure that all restrooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness during all operating hours.  In addition restroom attendants will be responsible for making sure that all restrooms are kept in good repair.  Restrooms attendants will also be required to perform heavy duty cleaning.
    Skill Requirements:   A superior friendly attitude towards the guests of Six Flags New England is essential.  Punctuality and good attendance habits are required. Candidates must be able to work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions, with and around cleaning chemicals, and must also be able to lift loads of at least 40 lbs.

    Park Services Supervisor

    Position Type: Seasonal
    Description:  Supervisors are responsible for overseeing all team members in their assigned division.  Supervisors will sweep midways, empty trash, wipe down trash cans, and do other duties as assigned.  In addition supervisors must be polite, friendly and able to interact with guests in a positive fashion. Supervisors will correct behavior for team members that are not in compliance with Six Flags New England policy.
    Skill Requirements:  Candidates must possess superior guest service skills and manners.  Good attendance habits and the ability to work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions are essential.  Candidates must be able to work around chemicals and enforce all policies of the Park Services department and Six Flags New England.  Previous supervisory experience is a plus.

Respond to requests for assistance throughout the property and enforce the rules and policies of Six Flags New England.
