Description: Be one the first faces of the park by greeting and selling tickets at the front gate. Work with a team to ensure our Guests enter the park with the same enthusiasm and excitement as you do. Provide Guests with park information as you check tickets and season passes. Skills Required: Ability to count and make change from a cash register computer and till bag, work on your feet at all times, and work in an outdoor location. Must be willing to work in all weather conditions. Must pass math test. Must Provide a commitment of employment to begin in late May and continue through End of the Season.

Aquatics Instructor
Lifeguard Instructor will be responsible for attending Lifeguard Instructor School. The school is a vigorous training session that takes place off property and will span for a 3 day period. Instructor will be expected to pass the lifeguard course. Instructor will then be responsible for training up to 16 lifeguard trainees on their own in CPR/AED, First Aid, Water Rescue skills and 10/20. They will also be expected to test out and pass only those who have grasped the concept. Instructor will also be responsible for training lifeguards on the proper dispatch techniques and rules in the attractions at the water park. Applicants must be comfortable taking to large groups of people and the ability to complete lifeguard demonstrations including swimming, treading water, CPR, First Aid, Water Rescue Skills and 10/20 protection standard.
Aquatics Supervisor
Job duties will monitoring job performance and rotation of head guards/life guards and ride safety. Qualified applicants will report any hazards to the duty manager. Will handle any guest issues and/or complaints. Must be comfortable handling a rescue tube, two way radio, CPR mask, oxygen tank, and backboard. Will be conducting meetings, signing guards in and out, cleaning all areas, and performing closing procedures. Must be certified by Ellis and Associates.
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma, head guard experience.

Buildings and Grounds Graveyard
Job Duties will include maintaining park’s cleanliness by hosing down areas, maintaining the grounds at night, cleaning offices and other duties assigned by Supervision. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, and possess a valid CA driver license.
Emergency Medical Technician/Paramedic
Job duties will include assisting guest and employees who are in need of medical attention as well as conducting facility inspections, safety audits, and emergency response on Park property. Position includes lifting and carrying persons weighing 150+ pounds, writing reports, and maintaining station and ambulance. Position also will include duties of Park Safety Representative that includes accident investigation, documentation and follow-up of Safety related concerns, and communication with various Park Management team members as needed. Position occasionally requires some clerical duties, including but not limited to: filing, distribution and typing. Qualified applicants must be 18 years of age or older, have a high school diploma or equivalent must be able to read and write the English language and possess good verbal communication skills and good problem solving/reasoning abilities. Applicants must have current Emergency Medical Technician - Basic or Paramedic issued in the State of California (or equivalent National Registry certification), current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification and have a valid CA driver’s license.
Food Services: Host/Hostess
Position Type: Summer Seasonal (Must be able to work all Saturdays and Sundays)
Description: Work in a fast–paced, fun environment preparing and presenting food to thousands of Guests a day. Work with a team to ensure the quality and cleanliness of your restaurant. Get ready for an exciting and fun summer being a Food Service Team Member.
Skills required: Ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Stock handling and storage, restaurant cleaning and set-up. Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays throughout the season. Must pass Math test. Must Provide a commitment of employment to begin in late May and continue through End of the Season.

Guest Relations
Job duties will include: assisting guests with comments and complaints, handling lost and found items and/or children, tearing/taking guest tickets, scanning season passes, answering busy phone lines, and communication over the park base unit. The ideal candidate for this position will interact well with others, communicate in a professional manner, and have above average writing and verbal skills. Applicants must be at last 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Lifeguards
Position Type: Summer Seasonal ( Must be able to work all Saturdays and Sundays)
Description: Maintaining the highest guest service standard while also maintaining guest safety in an aquatic environment. Shallow Water Lifeguard will guard water that is 4' or less in depth. Special Facilities Lifeguards will guard water that is greater than 4' deep. Provide a safe, and clean aquatics facility, by effectively managing attractions and grounds. Receive monthly training to maintain a high lifeguarding skill level in order to protect our guests in an exciting and fast-paced environment.
Skills required: Needs to enjoy helping people and working with a large team to protect lives. Must be able to work in all weather conditions. Comfortable in and around water of all temperatures. Must be able to become licensed through the Jeff Ellis and Associates National Pool and Water Park Lifeguard training program (training provided by Six Flags White Water Free of charge). Able to work up to 40 hours per week if needed, including nights, weekends, and varied shifts. Must Provide a commitment of employment to begin in late May and continue through End of the Season.

Merchandise: Host/Hostess

Rentals
Job duties will include renting lockers and/or inner tubes out for guests, maintain inner tubes and lockers, handing out Lifejackets to children, ringing up transaction on cash register, receiving money, giving change, completing cashier paperwork, assisting guests with any questions.

Security Officer
Position Type: Summer Seasonal / Year Round Seasonal
Description: Performs all tasks assigned by Supervisor or Managerial. Provide exceptional guest service and general security for Six Flags White Water and surrounding grounds. Provide Guest and Employee relations assistance by responding in event of an emergency. Screen guests at the main gate. Stand on duty at an assigned post: direct traffic, and check vehicle stickers. Respond to questions and emergencies in the assigned area including, but not limited to first aid assists, fire alarms, crowd control, and disturbances. Complete necessary reports and narratives on incidents in their assigned locations. Good communication skills due to extensive guest contact, particularly resolving guests' complaints. Promote safe working environment and eliminate hazards. Ensure that the park is clean and sanitary for all guests and team members. Wear a security uniform and maintain a secure perimeter at all service entrances and main gate.
Skills required: Must be able to protect employees and company property; to assist employees and guests with questions; to enforce laws and policies. Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent. Candidates must pass a background check, a Human Resources interview, Officer interview and a Loss Prevention interview. A written test is required and must pass Certification test.
